Much credit for our success must be given to our employees, whose dedication to service and quality is without equal. Many of the hard chrome plating processes cannot be automated and must be done by hand. Our workforce is highly trained and experienced in all aspects of chrome plating - all the way from the design engineers to the shipping department, and everyone in between. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction are goals that they all share. Without this level of dedication and years of experience, we would not enjoy our current level of success.
One of the most important aspects of customer care is fast turn-around time. Chrome plating is very often the last step in the manufacturing process and we understand how important it is that parts are returned to our clients in a timely manner. Because our facility is operating around the clock, we are in the best position to offer exceptionally fast service.
Our weekend shift is especially helpful at meeting Monday morning deadlines for our clients. Our company-owned semi-truck services the Twin Cities region daily and shipping via common carrier is available to other areas.
Our plant has gone through several major additions over the years, including a recent 30,000 sq. ft. state of the art expansion, and currently totals 80,000 sq. ft. of floor space. The new addition also brings the total number of plating tanks to 20. This improves our ability to handle customer products with a much wider variety of sizes, shapes, applications, and complexity of objects.
